We take on work a small team can deliver well: a first version of a product, a rebuild of one troublesome part, or a new feature on an existing system. Before any build starts, we agree in writing what done looks like and what is out of scope.
Uncertain parts stay visible. If an estimate depends on something we have not seen yet, such as an old database or a third-party API, we say so and check that first.
Price is agreed by email once the scope is clear.
